2. PROMA Products Eligible for this Limited Lifetime System Warranty Program

Listed below are PROMA products that, when used together as a system, meet qualifications for this Limited Lifetime Warranty Program for Flooring Installation.

NOTE: This limited program applies to specific individual PROMA products when used as a complete system (the “Flooring Installation System”). To qualify for this warranty, a combination of PROMA products listed on this registration form must be properly used for each stage of preparation, installation and finishing, in accordance with project specifications. This Limited Lifetime Warranty Program for Flooring Installation becomes null and void and without effect if PROMA products are used, mixed, or associated with products from other manufacturers. Reference the Warranty Document provided at the completion of this registration form for complete details. 

SURFACE PREPARATION

NOTE: If surface/substrate conditions do not meet or exceed PROMA and industry guidelines and requirements, all warranties become null, void, and of no effect (reference PROMA Surface Preparation Guidelines in the Resource Center for details). Also, any warranty becomes null, void and of no effect if PROMA products are used, mixed or associated with products from other manufacturers, and if it is proven that the user was capable of prevention of damages by any means.
