How Does it Work?

The warranty is available to Consumers, Building Owners, and institutions for both Residential, Institutional, and Commercial installations, provided that all PROMA products are used as a system and in accordance with PROMA and industry guidelines and specifications. Only PROMA products can be used (where required) to qualify for a Limited Lifetime System Warranty, as products from other manufacturers may not meet our high standards for application, quality, and performance. In such cases, any PROMA products used will be covered by their respective individual limited product warranty.

After finishing your project with a PROMA system, you must officially register it with us to enjoy the full benefits of the warranty program. Fill out the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM and follow the instructions.
